DIFC - EMIRATES FINANCIAL TOWER
A triplex penthouse office project consisting of installing a lift, infilling slab voids and creating a high-tech working environment for a fin-tech company.
This project was situated within the Emirates Financial Towers. Spread across three floors the project provided unique set of complexities. Installing a lift within the main lobby to allow easy access to all floors, closing up existing slab voids and creating subdivisions within the floor plan we produced a high-tech working environment for a fin-tech company based out of DIFC. STRUTT provided the following to complete the project:
Detailed Drawings and submission of information for Authority Approvals
Infilling of slab voids
Upgrading of AC works to create a cool working environment
Installation of a lift and relevant structural strengthening works
Complete fit out including a casual breakout area
A modern, clean, sleek fitout to match the clients requested aesthetic
